1. Service Description

Savelion ("the App") is a portfolio tracking tool where users manually enter and track their investments. It supports stocks, cryptocurrencies, commodities, currencies, and cash holdings, providing position records, profit/loss calculations, performance metrics, and portfolio visualizations.

1.1 IMPORTANT — NOT Investment Advice

The App does not provide investment advice, is not financial counseling, and does not generate buy/sell signals. All displayed prices, performance metrics, and charts are for informational purposes only. You should make your investment decisions based on your own research and, if needed, the support of a licensed financial advisor.

1.2 Data Accuracy Limitation

Price data is fetched from third-party sources such as Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, CoinGecko, and Frankfurter API. This data:

• May not be real-time (up to 15-30 minutes delayed)
• May be temporarily inaccurate or incomplete
• May be accessed via unofficial APIs (Yahoo Finance)

Savelion does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data. Verify with an official source (your broker account, investment institution) before making investment decisions.

2. Account Requirements

2.1 Age Limit

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users between 13-18 must use the App with the consent of a legal guardian.

2.2 Accurate Information

The information you provide during registration and within the app (email, display name, portfolio data) must be accurate. Misleading information may result in account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account password. If you notice suspicious activity, immediately notify investingviewapp@gmail.com.

3. Pro Subscription

3.1 Plans and Pricing

Prices may vary by displayed currency; the App Store / Play Store page shows the exact price.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Pro subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will auto- renew and you will be charged for the next period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) settings:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Savelion Pro
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions

After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Apple/Google refund policies:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play Help

Savelion does not process refunds directly; subscription payments are handled through Apple and Google.

3.5 Free Trial

The Pro Weekly plan offers a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically converted to the paid subscription. If you cancel during the trial, no charge will be made.

4. Acceptable Use

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
• Using automated scraping, bots, or abusing APIs
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
• Accessing third-party account information without authorization
• Spamming, entering misleading data to harm other users
• Illegal, fraudulent, or malicious use

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or deleted without warning.

5. Third-Party Links

The App may contain external links (broker websites, financial news sources, etc.). If you click such a link, the destination site is not managed by Savelion and we cannot be held responsible for its content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's source code, design, logo, brand name, and content are owned by Savelion. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

User-entered data (portfolio, position records) belongs to the user; we process this data only to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or freedom from defects.
• We are not liable for direct or indirect investment losses arising from the use of the App. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by interruptions, delays, or errors in data sources.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to Savelion in the past 12 months.

8. Account Termination

8.1 By the User

You can delete your account at any time via Settings → "Delete my account" or by emailing investingviewapp@gmail.com. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8.2 By Savelion

Accounts violating these Terms or the Privacy Policy may be suspended or deleted with or without warning. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for material violations.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after an update means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

For consumer disputes, the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall be competent.
