This page explains how to delete your Savelion account and all the data associated with it — how to request it, what is removed, and what is retained.

1. How to delete your data

You can delete your data in any of the following ways.

Option A — Delete your account (in the app)

This is how you request that your account is deleted. It permanently deletes your account and all data associated with it.

Open the Savelion app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm when prompted.

The deletion runs immediately: your account and its data are permanently erased and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

Option B — Delete individual items (in the app)

If you want to remove only part of your data without closing your account, you can delete individual positions and portfolios directly inside the app (long-press an item and choose delete). Your account stays active.

Option C — Request deletion by email

Email support@savelion.app from the address associated with your account and ask for your data to be deleted. Email requests are processed within 30 days.

2. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Data	What it includes
Account & profile	Email address, display name, profile photo reference, and your account identifier
Preferences & onboarding	Display language, theme, display currency, and the onboarding answers you provided
Portfolios	Every portfolio you created, including names and currencies
Positions	Every position — asset type, ticker, quantity, average entry price, opening date, notes and broker
Transactions	Your full buy/sell transaction history
Closed trades	Realized profit/loss records from positions you have closed
Portfolio history	Daily portfolio value snapshots
AI import usage	Your AI screenshot-import lifetime usage counter
Subscription & usage data	Your stored subscription status and lifetime usage counters
Sign-in credentials	Your authentication account (email/password, Google or Apple identity)

Market price data (such as stock and crypto prices) is shared reference data, not personal data, and is not affected by account deletion.

3. What is retained

Once your account is deleted, your data is permanently removed from our active systems.
Automatic infrastructure backups (Google Firebase) that may still contain a copy are deleted within 30 days.
Savelion uses no advertising identifiers and no advertising trackers, so there is no such data to retain.
